Create a popup
- Open Popups → Add New Popup.
- Give the popup a clear title.
- Build the content with the block editor, or start from one of the thirteen starter layouts.
- Set a Trigger (on page load, after a time delay, after scrolling, or on exit intent) and a display Frequency (every page load, once per session, once per day, or once per visitor).
- Select Publish.
Choose where it appears
By default a popup can appear on every page. Switch its display rule to specific pages when it should only run in one part of the site.
Test the complete path
- Preview the page the popup targets.
- Confirm the trigger fires the way you configured it.
- Reload according to the frequency rule and confirm it behaves as expected (e.g. does not reappear mid-session for “once per session”).
