Trigger types
- On page load: shows as soon as the page finishes loading.
- After a time delay: waits a set number of seconds before showing.
- After scrolling: shows once the visitor scrolls past a set depth.
- On exit intent: shows when the visitor moves to leave the page.
Frequency controls
Pair a trigger with a frequency so the same visitor is not shown the popup more often than intended: every page load, once per browser session, once per day, or once per visitor.
Page targeting
Each popup can run on every page, or be limited to specific pages you choose. Use this to keep a promotion or announcement scoped to the section of the site it applies to.
Popup owners are responsible for making sure any offer, countdown, or claim shown in a popup stays accurate for as long as the popup is live.
